Gema Boutique is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS can not pick up your address there will be a delay in your order being processed. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) directly to track down your package. Gema Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages once dropped off at USPS.

We have NO control over what happens to your package once it is received and processed by USPS. We DO NOT replace or refund orders that are marked "DELIVERED" by USPS or any other courier.*
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update its tracking status). All of our orders are shipped via USPS which takes 2-3 days (once the order has been processed) depending on your location.
